COVID UPDATE – We are still shipping Australia Wide following all the health and safety guidance from the Victorian government in Stage 4. We are taking all necessary precautions to get your gifts and snacks to you, your family & friends. Please allow extra time for deliveries during this period.
We deliver Australia wide for a flat rate of $10 (Vic) and $15 (all other states) for orders below $90, and free shipping for online orders over $90*. Delivery times are usually 1-3 days after dispatch in metro areas ex NT.
* Free shipping does not apply to corporate & wedding orders made online. Shipping will be quoted at the checkout for corporate and wedding orders.
Due to the nature of chocolates, we will only ship our goods on Monday-Wednesday to avoid products being stuck in warehouses over weekends. Order placed on Thursday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning. Products will be insulated and in warmer months sent with cooler packs to keep chocolates cool during transit. We endeavour as much as possible to protect the chocolates from the rigours of transport using strong packaging with appropriate insulation for both movement and temperature.
Orders may be shipped with Australia Post Express or another courier company depending on the speed of delivery. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched notifying you of who your parcel is being shipped with and the estimated day of delivery.
Please ensure someone is present to receive the delivery on the estimated day of delivery. You will be kept up to date with your delivery ETA via email and SMS (if you provide your phone number). Signature will be required unless authority to leave is marked as “yes” in the checkout. You should not provide authority to leave in warmer months or at location where the parcel is visible from the street. Requests for call prior to or upon delivery as well as specific delivery times are unlikely to be fulfilled by Australia Posts delivery drivers. If you are not available at the time of delivery the parcel will be left at the nearest post office for collection. We are not able to redeliver parcels that have been left for collection, or if the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
