About Us

Only Mine was founded in 2015 by life partners Anya Tran & Jason Stockton. Through humble beginnings they begun producing all of the chocolates out of their home kitchen selling at local markets and online. In 2017 they opened their first store in the picturesque Olinda village in the Dandenong Ranges. Today all the chocolates are produced in Only Mine’s Chocolate Factory in Cranbourne West.

Only Mine chocolates are all hand crafted by our extremely talented chocolatiers to create an out of this world experience. From the presentation to the taste you will be blown away. Our chocolates are designed to appeal to all of your senses. They look like nothing else you have ever seen before, opening the packaging you will enjoy the smell of high quality chocolate and the taste is in a league of its own. These really are no ordinary chocolates.

Only Mine chocolates are all made using the highest quality couverture chocolate from around the world. The sourced chocolates are backed by sustainability programs like Cacao Trace and the Cocoa Farming Program to ensure fair wages for farmers, slavery-free farms, and sustainable cacao production for years to come.
